All Programs
At WTC, we support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities through a range of programs and partnerships. Our goal is to enhance quality of life with tailored, person-centered services and supports. By focusing on individual needs and preferences through person-centered planning, we promote independence, skill development, and community engagement. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.
Mosaic
United for Better Care
If you or a loved one requires personal care, skilled nursing, medication administration, help with maintaining health and hygiene, or enhancing motor skills, you’ve found the right place. In our program, participants aren’t just attendees; they are cherished members of a community that respects and celebrates their unique journey.
Nexus
Supporting Individual Growth
The Nexus Program delivers tailored services to meet individual needs and preferences, empowering participants to expand their abilities and engage comfortably in community spaces. Emphasizing both support and a thriving environment, WTC ensures each participant finds their niche in activities like Contributing, Community, and Center (arts, crafts, education technology). Expect to spend an average of 6 hours per scheduled day in community or center activities.
Group Social Recreation (GSR)
